"I used to ride my dirt bikes out here and the only thing here was the stop sign on Redwood Road." Remember when Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs were just those quiet towns everyone drove past on the way to Utah Lake or 5 Mile Pass? Now look at them! New homes everywhere and people flocking in. That's kind of like what's happened with Botox. It used to be this hush-hush thing, something only celebrities did. Now? It's practically as common as a trip to the grocery store (and maybe even more popular in those growing towns!). Everyone's realizing that a little refresh can go a long way, just like a new community can breathe fresh life into the Westlake area.
Lots of fears and misconceptions surrounding Botox with the "Botched" videos and memes. Some are real and there are risks with any procedure but not common.
Your concerns are valid. We're here to provide a comfortable and informative experience. Let's dive into the experience.
Location -4095 E Pony Express Pkwy STE 15, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 -
Directly above Quench It.
Suite Access: After you park, enter through the East doors (same side as Quench It, left of the Barber Shop), at the top of the stairs go right, enter the glass door at the end of the hall, walk back to the last door on your right. Check out the IG post below to get a better idea of how to get to my suite.
You can't be on certain antibiotics or have done permanent makeup 7 days leading up to treatment. Please let us know if either is true before treatment.
Treatment Plan and Pricing: We'll review areas you'd like treated and I will always be conservative in my approach to the number of units needed. Why give more with a first visit if you don't have to? It's better to understand a minimum and build from there. We also determine the price BEFORE I inject. It's the worst having sticker shock on a treatment and nobody likes surprises, especially when it comes to money.
Good Faith Exam: I am required by law to have each new client do a provider review exam before treatment from a Nurse Practitioner. The provider will ask some simple questions (allergic to things, etc) before injecting.
The Injections: For some there might be slight discomfort, but it's generally well-tolerated. If you do feel a slight burning sensation these are normal and temporary. You may also get some slight bumps on some injection areas. This is normal as well and can be resolved naturally or with an over-the-counter antihistamine.
Ultra-thin needles: We know a lot of people in EM and SS are familiar with shotguns. And just like with shotguns, needles come in different gauges. The higher the gauge, the thinner the needle. We use ultra-thin needles, so you'll barely feel a thing—more like a mosquito bite than a shotgun blast! We also use lots of needles because they can dull after multiple injections.
Benefits of thin needles:
Eventually, the action of the neurotoxin will wear off and the nerves will again be able to send those signals to the muscles to start working or contracting. In general, treatments usually last 3-4 months. There will certainly be clients in which it lasts longer, in that 4-6 month range, or shorter, in that 12 week range. For the deep and more prominent lines, these will require multiple or alternative treatments.
Payment - Cash, Venmo, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay
2 Week Follow-up Appointment: Botox can take up to two weeks to fully take effect. This appointment allows us to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you achieve your desired outcome. It's also a chance for you to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the treatment or the results. These appointments help us determine future adjustments and refine your next treatments as needed.
